Our Services

Parenting Life Coaching

Our Certified Parenting Life Coach offers a unique, personalized, one-on-one coaching service exclusively for parents with children at Helping Hands Family Childcare. These sessions address parenting challenges, boost confidence, and strengthen the parent-child bond. What sets us apart is our focus on your family’s unique needs, our commitment to confidentiality and support, and our flexibility in offering sessions virtually or in person, based on your preference.

Free Parenting Classes

Our free Parenting Classes are informative, interactive, and engaging. Open to all parents in the community, these classes are conducted for 1 hour in ten sessions are an extra benefit for our clients with children currently enrolled.  Parents without children enrolled are welcomed to join a class for a small fee.  Since each session is built on the previous one, you must commit to all sessions before signing up. Each session equips you with practical strategies for raising emotionally resilient and confident children.

• Topics include:
  • Positive discipline techniques.
  • Fostering emotional regulation in young children.
  • Establishing routines and managing transitions.
  • Support your child’s social-emotional development.

• Accessibility: Our parenting classes are offered virtually and in person to accommodate your schedule.

• Community-focused: Enjoy Q&A sessions and peer-to-peer support.
